CMHA's Mental Health Week

At the Virtual Learning Centre, we fully support Canadian Mental Health Association's Mental Health Awareness Week.

Mental health is about more than mental illness

Everyone deserves to feel well, whatever their mental health experience. And we all need a support system to lean on. (Source: CMHA https://mentalhealthweek.ca )
