Taking the "e" out of eLearning.

Learning as a community in real-time and with a shared responsibility to engage, inquire and grow.

Tomorrow on Bell Let’s Talk Day, January 25th, The Virtual Learning Centre will be joining the conversation around mental health.

Bell will contribute 5 cents to mental health related initiatives for every text message sent, and mobile and long distance call made by Bell and Bell Aliant customers, every tweet and Instagram post using #BellLetsTalk, view of the official Bell Let’s Talk Facebook video and use of the Bell Let’s Talk geofilter on Snapchat.

Help end the stigma around mental illness. It’s easier than you think!

5 simple ways to end stigma around mental health illness:

How you can help: snap a photo featuring a positive mental health message and post to Twitter or Instagram using #BellLetsTalk on January 25th – for each one, Bell will donate 5 cents to mental health initiatives in Canada.

Please share your positive mental health message in the PADLET available in our student announcements for our school body to see.

One of our students, Alessandra Naccarato, is working toward being a brand ambassador for Wear Your Label.

Wear Your Label started as a simple idea: clothing to create conversations around mental health. Their team members have all experienced mental illness, and united under the common goal of ending the stigma, in style. Our motto? It's okay not to be okay.

Together, the students and staff at the Virtual Learning Centre can help end the stigma around mental illness.

Our Courses

All of our courses are taught by highly qualified Ontario teachers who understand how to blend the power of synchronous, streamed communication with the flexibility of static, anywhere-anytime course content. Students succeed in our program and our attrition rates (under 20%) demonstrate that our program works for most learners.
