The VLC offers PPZ3C: Health for Life, College Level in grade 11 for all students (no prerequisite required) who need to earn their compulsory health and physical education credit for their OSSD.

Students also have the option of taking PSK4U: Introductory Kinesiology, University Level in grade 12 to earn their compulsory health and physical education credit.  The prerequisite for this course is any Grade 11 university or university/college course in science, or any Grade 11 or 12 open course in health and physical education.
