Students will require the following documents to register for VLC courses. Please have this documentation available in digital format before registering.
Home School – Student who will not be attending at their local high school during the 2024-25 school year
- Birth Certificate (New students only)
- Homeschool synopsis
- Homeschool letter of intent for 2024-2025
- Homeschool confirmation letter 2024-2025 (to be submitted before September 1st, 2024
- Attestation support document (one of the following)
- Current Agreement of Purchase and Sale
- Current Property Tax Assessment
- Current Utility Bill
- Current Home Phone/Cable/Internet Bill
Will be attending a private or public school during the 2024-25 school year
- Birth Certificate (New students only)
- Transcript, credit counselling sheet or student status sheet
- Report Card – for Grade 8 students
- Timetable – If currently enrolled at a secondary school
- School Authorization form (will be emailed after registration is submitted online)
- Attestation support document (one of the following)
- Current Agreement of Purchase and Sale
- Current Property Tax Assessment
- Current Utility Bill
- Current Home Phone/Cable/Internet Bill
TLDSB Student – attends a secondary school within the Trillium Lakelands District School Board
- Transcript, credit counselling sheet or student status sheet
- Report Card – for Grade 8 students
- School Authorization form (will be emailed after registration is submitted online)
